I love this dish, but does anyone have any ideas about how to "volumnize" it? Aside from having a salad with it, I'm stumped!
Thank you!

I defrost it in the microwave a bit and then put it on the stove with some pam. I add any kind of veggies, typically a bag of spinach with a little extra low sod soy. A whole yummy plate full. I do the same with cashew chick.
Staple weekly meal for me!

The meal alows for an extra fat. I add broccoli to the Chow Mein and I toast some slivered almonds to put in my salad along with mandarin oranges and chopped scallions and red wine vinegar spray dressing.

This is my favorite lunch.
I mince some garlic and fresh ginger and saute it in a pan with Pam. Then I add whatever veggies I have on hand (usually a frozen chinese stir fry mix, water chestnuts are yummy and crunchy too) and cook those up. I add a few splashes of low sodium soy sauce at the end of cooking. Then mix the veggies up with with the microwaved meal. Top with chopped green onions.
Gonna have to order for next week.....

I love this one too!! I stir fry broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, snow peas, and green & red peppers, and add some low sodium soy sauce, then cook the beef chow mein, and add it in with the veggies. It is very good, and very filling !!! Try it!!

I add snow peas, water chestnuts, broccoli, and some thinly sliced red pepper to both this and the cashew chicken to volumize them. I also season with soy sauce and minced garlic.

I also add canned, rinsed spouts to mine. I'll have to try it this week with the stir fry Chinese vegies.
