If so, please tell me what you eat with it. I keep wanting to try it, but can't get my head around making this a dinner.I like lentils. I like beef. But every time I pull this out of the cupboard I think, "I'm confused. What do I do with this?"
Do you eat it with salad? Is it like a soup, stew, or chili? Sounds like a silly question but I guess I want to know what I'm getting myself into...
Thanks in advance!

I do eat this - I tried it because it was on the planned or probably would never have ordered it and found it to be very tasty. I zap it 2/3 of time in m/wave. Meanwhile I cook up typical "stew" vegetables in a pot of 1-2 cups beef broth instead of water (Carrots, onions, cabbage, whatever I have or feel like eating). Add salt, pepper, Worcestshire sauce etc as desired, and then when veggies are cooked dump in the Lentils & Beef, let cook altogether for a few more minutes and you have a very hearty beef stew. Yumm!

Sounds good. I'll try it! Thanks!

It is so good with fresh salsa.

I eat it just the way it comes, YUM and then side veggies.

This is one of my favorites. I add things to most JC foods, but this one is perfect just as it is. It fills me up and satisfies me, and I love the flavor and texture.
I add a vegetable to the side, but nothing to the actual Lentils and Beef. It is sort of like a stew, or the consistency of red beans and rice.
I had tried this (a bit hesitantly) but I LOVED it! I did tell my JCC that it seemed like I should be eating it with rice. She suggested I eat it on a day when I have a soup for lunch where I get to add a starch and save the starch for dinner. It's really good over rice.

I like making a greek salad out of it. (This was posted on the Jenny Craig website at one point.) Chopped onion & celery, 1/2 oz. to 1 oz low-fat or nonfat feta, lemon juice. Serve chilled.
Or just add canned tomatoes and chopped frozen spinach and make a soup out of it.

This was one that surprized me. I thought it would be yucky, cause it looks like dog food but it actually tastes ok, and fills you up which is what I can't say about the fish and chips. Rice with it would be nice but I prefer my measly carb extra to be bread
