Hi all...just made a new find. Nabisco Fig Newton Whole Grain Minis. They are made with whole grain wheat, have twice the fruit as a nutrigrain stawberry cereal bar, 130 calories, 3g fat, 140mg sodium, 2gm protein and 26gm carbs. These are a great pick me up snack if you like fig newtons and want something to satisfy a sweet tooth. They are few less/same calories as some of the JC snacks and less expensive to purchase since they come in a multi-pack.
I love some of the JC snacks, but like to mix it up a bit too, these get a thumbs up from me.
