I am pretty picky about low fat salad dressing and don't really like the JC ones that much. But, for those of you who live in a city with a Whole Foods grocery store, it is now "Hatch Green Chili" time (or at least it is here in Texas). I bought some of Whole Food's homemade "Roasted Hatch Chile Salsa" and mixed some of it with the JC Ranch salad dressing. Made all the difference in the world. It is SO GOOD as a salad dressing or as a dip for fresh veggies. Try it if you like spicy dips or salsa. I am going to make a taco salad this week using the JC chili (saw that idea on another message) and use this as the salad dressing.

Hey, that's a good idea. I really don't like the ranch as it is now, too sweet. I don't have the same stuff you do but I do buy fresh salsa. I think I'll add some! Thanks for the idea!
