I just tried the chicken sandwich, but i unthawed the chicken first, sprinkled it with a little liquid smoke, and bar-be-que seasoning, put it on the grill to finish off. Put the bun on the grill too. I didnt use the mustard packet, but a little lite bar-be-que sauce instead, onions, and tomatoe, and lettuce and man was it good, i cant believe how good this food is, i am totally happy, i also do this to the turkey burger, yummo!

I find this is one of the most portable and convertable item - it travels well. You can eat it cold (as a cold chicken sandwich - obviously, thaw it)...you can thaw the chicken, chop, add to a salad (and have the roll as a side (even toasted with a spritz of non-calorie butter spray)...I've taken the salad to dinner events and eaten it along with everyone else.
You can dice it, add a TBS of fat free mayo, a bit of mustard, diced celery and onion...make your own chicken salad sandwhich.
And, you can cook it up any way you like it: spicy cajun seasoning...lemom pepper seasoning...dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato!
I usually have this for dinner, not lunch!

I did not like it when I followed the cooking directions on the box, but then I realized all the sandwiches did not do well w/ the cooking directions.
I know take off all the buns/bread early on and let them thaw or put in a toaster over. if it Put the bread in for a few seconds it is just fine.

The chicken sandwich is absolutely horrible. It tastes bland, uncooked and as tough as a rubber boot. I'd take the turkey burger anyday over the chicken sandwich as it has a nice flavor and heats up well, even in the microwave.

I didn't like the chicken sandwich either. I really wanted to, I tried it like 4 times. Each time it was just as horrible as the last. The quality of the meat is not so great, usually with a big chunk of fat on it that once gone, leaves an idea of a chicken sandwich but not enough to call "lunch." I'll stick with the turkey burger!

I love the chicken sandwich. You can make it so many ways. One of my favorites is to let the meat thaw, chop it up with celery, onions, 1TBSP LF Mayo,a couple grapes, and some curry powder. MMMM instant curried chicken salad!!

Ooooo I like the idea of the chicken salad sandwich. Can't believe I haven't thought of doing that before. I usually just plop a big tomato slice and then some FF mayo mixed with a bit of hot sauce.
I LOVE this sandwich. I've never had a chunk of fat on any of mine before. For those of you that don't like it, are you preparing it the way that they tell you? Cause if you are that might be the problem. I never do that with this meal. It would make it rather rubbery I would think.

I did not care for the chicken sandwhich....I now eat the turkey, and I put lowcarb ketchup on it.
Everyweek that I have gotten the chicken... It has had a big glob of fat in it, and it is so tough to chew in spots.
This is not low fat especially if you eat the glob, lol. Not getting this any longer....uggg!

The chicken sandwich is my favorite weekend treat! I cook the chicken for 90 secs in the micro and then broil it with bbq sauce and toast the bun. I then add ff miracle whip, 1/2 slice of 2% cheese (I give the dog the other half ) and add lettuce. It is fabulous. Today was the first time that I had a small piece of something gross on it, but it is, after all, a piece of meat.

Mmmm - love it and the turkey burger. Put them on the George Foreman Grill, toast the bun and add mustard, lettuce, tomato and red onion. I love the curried chicken salad idea - must try that next week!!
