I am getting a new shipment of food tomorrow and I am now eating the things I have been avoiding from my 1st order. One of those was mac and cheese. There was something about the picture that turned me off or I thought it was going to be awful. How could JC possibily make Mac and cheese taste good if lean cuisine can't? I thought. Once again-totally shocked. I think its one of my faves now. I baked it at the max cooking time to get some crunchy stuff around the egdes. Bravo! Tonight, my next scary experiment will either be the meatloaf or the beef w/brocoli and rice. Any advice?

The beef w/ broccoli is absolutely delicious. And I thought I was the only one who liked burned cheese on the mac&cheese! Unfortunately I can't eat that meal anymore because of the sodium content, but it sure tastes good!

I love the Mac & Cheese too. That was always one of my comfort foods, so it's nice that J.C. has a healthy version.

The Mac & Cheese was one of those that I kinda immediately dismissed (once upon a time I was a huge fan of the Kraft processed blue box of doom...) -- I thought it would just be bad news. But I tried it and it's just the right recipe all around - totally cheesy and gooey with a bit of a kick.
Yum, yum, yum!!

Love love love the Mac & Cheese!!! My other two faves are the Thai Lemongrass served over red leaf lettuce with hot spicy chili sauce, and the Chicken Fajitas. I've had them all 2 or 3 tims this week!

anyone on the higher cal program that gets an xtra starch, etc - i eat a ff hotdog with the mac and cheese for dinner so it is a full meal. mac and cheese is like a side dish to me and the hotdog is like my meat. i can also put it on a low fat roll or bread if i want and it make a g reat meal.

One of my favorite dinners. To save some time I microwave for about 2 min. then put it in the oven on 450-500 degrees to get the cheese bubbling...mmmm getting hungry now
