I LOVE the cheddar potato. Here is my favorite way to make it. First, when you microwave, if you can cover it, the potato part stays more moist.
I chop up tomato, onion and a bit of mushroom. I mirowave potato for about 2.5 minutes (covered), then I cut it up into hunks. Top with the tomato, onion, and shrooms...then add garlic and onion powder...then, I microwave for another few minutes until hot (covered again).. A quick spray of non-calorie butter spray and its so good!
