Hey guys! Anyone have good ideas on how to change up the lunches? I'm getting a little bored.
*Thanks to whoever who suggested adding frozen broccoli and ff cheddar cheese to the Potato Soup...SO MUCH BETTER. I used to be weirded out by that soup...but it's SO YUMMY that way!

I got a little bored too...too mcuh salad...so I switched to cut up veggies...also. I add dried cranberries or cut up grapes to my salad...gives it a little sweet taste.
As for the lunches, look through the threads lots of ideas on how to change things up....also, you can switch your dinner and lunch around in one day, that may change it up some.

For the "change up" on salads....I have taken the spinach salad and added manadrin oranges, Newman's Lowfat Sesame Ginger dressing, snow peas and a little onion and it is remarkably like the oriental salad at McDonalds. For the regular salad...I add low fat sour cream and salsa and it taste like a taco w/out the shell more than just another salad (use no dressing w/this one).

I make a cucumber and onion salad with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
I add collards and cabbage too.

Someone had suggested using the Southwest Chicken w/Rice and making a Stuffed Green Pepper.
AWESOME. I don't exactly love that dish on it's own...but it's good that way!

ooooooooh I hadn't heard that cheese and broccoli thing for the soup!! yum. It is VERY weird eating clam chowder without the clams~
