I like one a week. Very rich and I really take my time with it. Also, drink a glass of milk with it as well.
I have my snack around 8-9 each evening as a reward for good days. If I have a bad day, don't have a snack. So I really enjoy each of my snacks. Favorite at this time is the trail mix b/c I like the salt/sugar taste together and I miss the 'crunch' of snack foods. Least favorite is the chocolate cake, not too crazy about it but I am not a big chocolate eater.
