Having been in the catering business...I am concened about planning my meals. If your time allows...could some of you give me your 4 favorite items and 4 least favorite item! I feel sure it will help. What are your opinions on "planned Menus?" THANKS!

The planned menus saved me. I did not even think about food until mealtime, then would look at the menu and eat what was on there. It took all the thinking out of it and I found that to be a real benefit. Kind of surprised me, actually.
I love many of the breakfasts and dinners...fewer lunches so tend to do more meals on my own then than at any other time, even on maintenance.
Good luck..this is a great program. Just try various foods and find what YOU like.

Magnolia ~ Ellie is SO right. I have spent some time reading through the favorite foods and tastes are as different as each individual. The best thing to do is try everything. The more things you like, the more variety you’ll have. I picked up the food list at the counter in my center and as I tried foods, I used check marks for those I liked and an ‘x’ for those I didn’t care for. After a while some had two or three check marks, they are the items I get every week. Same goes for the ‘x’ designation, but I have actually found there isn’t much I don’t like.
Eventually, I bought a few extra of the meals I really like. That way if I find I can’t face eating what I planned, I eat a favorite substitute. Just keep track of what you plan versus what you eat, some items require additional foods, but others do not.
