I threw in extra green/yellow/red/orange peppers and onions and a big dollop of salsa. Yummy

This is really a great meal, because you can do it so many, many ways: You can make cold wrap sandwiches, you can make fajitas...you can make a mexican salad...lots of lettuce, extra veggies, top with the chicken and with some salsa...take the tortillas and either roll up as a "breadstick" or, quarter each one, add some salt, and dry out in the oven for chips....
I made a TON of extra fajita veggies with this last weekend - the family had non-JC fajitas and I just had my meat and tortillas separate!! Yummy!

The fajitas were a 10 out of 10 in my book... as far as frozen food goes. I added some salsa and a small amount of FF sour cream. I also heated the tortillas for 20 sec in the microwave. I added extra peppers to the stir fry. I also defrosted the package in the fridge over night and I really, really enjoyed them. I'll definitely order more, more, more.

I saute mushrooms, unions, cabbage and broccoli with garlic and add that with salsa and fat free sour cream.. Very filling.

It took me weeks to try this because I hate peppers and I was afraid there wouldn't be enough stuff in the tortillas if I took them out. Turns out to be pretty big without them. I make mine into quesadillas using lowfat cheese (for a milk serving). YUM

With the Fajitas you can also crunch up your BBQ Pita Puffs snack and put on top of the salad idea. This is also good with the Chili Con Carne meal. Lots of lettuce, veggies, salsa, chili, FF Sour cream and BBQ Puffs. Yummie in my tummy!

So far this is my absolute favorite food. I add reduced sour cream and toast the wrap till it's crispy. Reading these posts I got some great ideas about adding additional veggies. Love this one.

This is my ultimate favorite. We have taco night at my house and have guests over and what a spread we have. I don't miss out on anything b/c it is all good. I just don't have the hamburger/refried beans and cheese but I really don't miss them.
This is the only meal in which I back away from the table compeletly full. I have them 2 times at least a week.
Yummy, yummy! This is me licking my lips!

I've been putting off the fajitas for well over a week now. I tried them last night, and I have to say, they are my absolute favorite. I didn't get a chance to eat the tortillas that came with it, since I accidently burned mine, but I had one that was in my fridge. They are absolutely to DIE for... just a smidge of FF sour cream.

I also love these -- I add sliced fresh mushrooms to the pan. I do find the whole mix gets very dry after I add the seasoning mix, so I add a little bit of water and that works great.

I love Mexican, so I was curious to try these and so not disappointed--absolutely yummy.
I also added some salsa to it...but that quesadilla idea sounds really good! I'll have to try that

I tried the fajitas for the first time today and I have to say they are definitely one of the best meals I've had so far. My tortillas were a little cracked when I took them out of the package, but I gently microwaved them, sprayed a dish with a little Pam and piled the chicken mixture on top. I ate them with a knife and fork which made them seem to last longer. I'll order these again.

GREAT ideas, thanks for sharing!! I get to try them for the first time tonight - I'm on my 2nd week. I LOVE Mexican food and will have to try the quesadillas method tonight. I try to make every meal more enjoyable by taking small bites and like the idea of using a fork and knife when I can! Since I haven't tried any of the limited items, I think I will be tempted to get some FF sour cream on the way home tonight. I am finding myself putting salsa on my broccoli and zucchini, but will have to find the FF margarine.
