Just wondering what everyone favorite pizza is - I had the pesto pizza last week and it was ok (I don't think of it like a pizza however, more like a flat bread / open faced sandwich)...I added more diced tomato to the top before I cooked it.
Tonight I have the rising crust pizza and next week I planned on trying the individual lunch pizza. Just wondering what y'all thought of these!

I have tried them all. I like the rising crust the best. I do like the pesto, but there is something about it, I guess its the pesto, by the end I am scraping it off.

I have tried the pesto and the rising crust, and I definitely like the pesto better, eventhough the rising crust is still good.

Oh my goodness... RISING CRUST all the way! I love that pizza and I can't have it anymore because of the sodium content. I miss it very much! I can still have the pesto and the personal pizza and between the two I guess I like the personal pizza better. For a while I tried cooking them in the oven instead of the microwave (because all the toppings slide off when I microwave them!) but it made the crust too hard so I'm back to microwaving - on the box so my microwave doesn't get so dirty! and then I add some grated parmesan cheese to make up for what's slid off! The crust is a little easier to chew and it's much faster than cooking in the oven. Not to mention the fact that it's so hot outside even using the oven for just a few minutes gets the house way too hot.

My favorite is definitely the rising crust, although that crust doesn't rise very much! I add lots of fresh veggies to all my pizzas.

Cute thread.
I like them all and get all 3 regularly, but if forced to pick I'd go with the pesto first, personal second, and rising crust 3rd. (Rising crust seems small for a dinner entree and mostly tastes like a heap of pepper and onion to me).

Pesto all the way! I eat it at least 2x/week. Don't nuke it as long as the box says. I think it has the most real cheese taste. I wish the other 2 had that much cheese.

OK, had the rising crust pizza tonight. More like a pizza than the pesto pizza and it was pretty good.
I added sliced shrooms on the top. Needed more sauce (I like lots of sauce on my pizza), so here is what I did. Diced up about half a medium tomato, added a dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano...nuked (covered) until it became mush...used that and spread a bit more on the top to make it moister and more flavorful! I'll try the personal next week (we have pizza night once a week in my house, usually friday and its nice to have the same as hubby and kids)!

I haven't been very happy with any of the pizzas. My rising crust didn't rise at all! I feel like I'm eating giant lunchable pizzas on crackers! I did cut my Pesto into 4ths today and scooped up picante sauce with them like chips. Thats the best way I've found so far!

For those who can, I highly recommend warming the pizzas in the toaster oven (or oven). I haven't tried it microwaved, but I've never been dissapointed with it in the toaster oven. Also, I don't follow the instructions on the box about wrapping the pizza in foil. The first time I did that, my pizza was in there for 30 mins and didn't cook at all! I put the pizzas directly on the oven rack, and they are yummy and crispy.
I happen to love the Personal Pizza, because you can doctor it up by adding toppings! I add pineapple to mine, to make it a tomato and pineapple pizza! Mmmmm... That was how I ordered my pizza before Jenny, so I love feeling like I'm eating pizza the same way.

I love the pesto but just as everyone else the topping slides off. I will try shortening the time. The rising crust seems soggy and not very good to me.

I like the Pesto pizza and LOVE the self-rising pizza. I'm going to try the personal pizza this week.

I would have to say that I like the Pesto pizza more. I like to add fresh salsa to it(in the summer I make my own). When I have the Rising Crust I usually add mushrooms or artichoke hearts. I tend to think if I don't add anything to the pizza's they can be a bit on the dry side, I also don't cook mine for the full amount of time. Not a big fan of the Personal Pizza.

I can say this: nearly everything tastes better with additions! I'm trying the personal pizza this week and will figure out which one will become more of a staple for me. Rising crust did well in my oven and I found the pesto fine in the microwave. Both got added toppings, of course!

I love real-honest-to-goodness pesto but the pesto on the pesto pizza taste 'funny' to me.
Prefer the rising crust pizza. Sure is small though and to think I could easily knock off 1/2 of a large pizza pre-JC days.

They are both just okay to me - they are certainly no Round Table Pizza but they will just have to do, ya know? I favor Jenny's Rising crust pizza over the Pesto.

I totally look forward to all of the pizzas - I make sure that there's one on there for every Friday night and the pesto for a few lunches because of them all, it nukes the best. Only the rising really settles my pizza craving but they totally satisfy my bread craving and that's actually my toughest one. So I eat all the parts that got lots of cheese and toppings first and then enjoy the "naked" parts as warm bread. LOVE IT.

Hey goldphisie -
If you like/miss bread - have you tried the chicken stuffed sandwich (very bready) and the turkey burger (great bun). Those are my bread "satisfiers."

Rising crust pizza is great in the toaster-oven. That is the only way I will eat it now! The pesto is ok, but tastes a little funny to me, so I have avoided it for a week or two.

I really like the rising crust pizza- I just wish there were more!
I like the pesto pizza also, but today when I put it in the microwave it got stuck to the cardboard and to think I only nuked it for 2 minutes!
The personal pizza is a little boring, but if you add pinapple to it, it's quite yummy!

I wasn't so sure about the pesto pizza when I first got it, but I have to say it is my favorite. I read somewhere here on the borads that someone puts brushetta style topping on it and it makes it even better. I am going to try to do that one time.
I haven't tried the rising crust pizza yet. and the Jenny's pizza is good too.

Thanks Jen. I have tried those and the bread crust on the stuffed one is awesome. I have to get past the "turkey" part of that one (just not my style), but I do like the bun... with sufficient ketchup this one keeps me going

Well, into my second week now I have to say one of my favorite things was the pesto pizza! I piled it high with tomatoes, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts. I completely was in heaven! Definately a fan of adding free foods to EVERYTHING!

Haven't tried the pesto because I hate pesto. I like both of the others, but I always doctor them up.
I slice two large fresh mushrooms and put them in a bowl with a slice or two of onion, a little garlic salt, and a spray of PAM. Then I nuke it for about a minute, and put it all on the pizza before it goes in the regular oven -- yummy!!!

My opinion is the rising crust is my favorite. But I have another Pizza question. Okay, I hope I don't get shot for asking this outloud but...
Can we have a Schwan's pizza instead of the Jenny brand? They have one called Fiesta Chicken Pizza (from their "live smart" line) that is absolutely to die for! The portion is bigger but the calories, fat grams and sodium comes in UNDER the count for the Jenny pizzas. (I think the carbs are lower too but I need to check for sure?)
Schwans also has a Roasted vegetable pizza and a Tomato Basil-Margherita style pizza as well. I haven't tried those but those numbers are even lower than the Fiesta Chicken.
Thoughts anyone?

I love all 3 (I'm sort of a bread addict, so these pizzas help). My favorite is the Rising Crust, second is Personal, and third (but not far behind the others) is the Pesto. I love having all 3 as options.

PK289-I think if the calories are the same or under and the fat is not too high it should be ok. I mean, we are on a certain amount of 'calories' a day so why should it matter as long as the fat is not too high. I say go for it

thanks beans...i have an appointment with the schwan guy this evening and i am looking forward to seeing what else he has to offer as well...i did a side-by-side comparison and the schwans were either just under the JC amounts or even in some cases SIGNIFICANTLY lower (sodium was the biggest difference)...i have only tried the schwans fiest chicken pizza and it was to DIE for...the portion was MUCH bigger than the JC pizzas...i don't have a big problem with the JC pizzas other than portion...the taste is fine with me...in fact i like them...but more is always better, right? hahaha

I love all the Pizzas.... Pesto, Jennys personal, and rising crust. I get them everyweek.
Theres just one problem Im having....I cook them in the microwave except for the rising crust, but that silver disk thing that goes under the pizza so you can microwave....my pizzas stick to It, and by the time I get the pizza off...Its all in pieces.
Any ideas to prevent this?
