Pesto Pizza, or Rising crust
Add just a little bit of low-fat cheddar on top, sliced garlic, and small sliced cherry tomatoes. I top it off with some fresh basil, or the french you get from the spice store. It is so good, and filling. It really kicks it up a notch.

Had this yesterday. I cooked some frozen chopped spinach, drained it and added it to the top of the pizza before I cooked it. It was yummy!

My grocery sells frozen artichoke quarters, not marinated, and they are great on the Pesto Pizza. I also add them to the Chicken Fettucine.
They're regular veggies, right? Not starchy ones?

If you are adding extra cheese to the pizza be careful. Now getting into adding the fats/protein to your daily food intake.

Yes artichokes are free vegatables. I add them to the same things you do. I also add them to my salads. I buy them quartered in a can without a marinade.
