I have the new "Cooking Light" magazine and have been reading it front to back over the past week. There are several recipes in the magazine that I want to make once I reach half way. As I was reading, I came across a multi-page layout of meatloaf. The recipes looked awesome and I really was craving meat loaf. Wouldn't you know I had a jenny craig meatloaf on my menu last night and tried it for the first time. It was GREAT! The potatoes are AWESOME. Way better than the potatoes in the salisbury steak which I hate. The meatloaf was bigger than I expected and very filling. Does anyone else like this dish?

I liked it, too! I was really surprised because I usually don't have meatloaf with bbq sauce. I agree with you! The potatoes were awesome! I'll definitely order this again!

The meatloaf is definately one of my favorite dinners (along with the turkey dinner and the salisbury steak). During TOM, I so crave meatloaf that I'll have it 2 or 3 times that week...*smiles*

My 2 cents.
I have not had the meatloaf a second time because I did not like the barbecue sauce. I usually love meatloaf.
I like the salisbury steak meat and don't eat the potatoes. They get tossed and I have 1/2 carb portion instead. I asked the dietician a few weeks ago and she said that was the exchange.
I also do not like the breakfast scramble because of the potatos. It is impossible to remove them so once I eat the ones I have in the house (3) they will leave my menus. Give me a sunshine sandwich everyday and I would be happy. I am eating cereal, french toast and pancakes too and like the variety. Pre Jenny my breakfast was diet thin toast with 2% cheese melted on it.
