This is to be my dinner tonite and I'm nervous. I have a feeling it won't be good. Is it any good or is there a way to doctor it up? Thanks!

I didn't buy that for the longest time but one of my consultant said it was his favorite and I buy it all the time now .. have it for lunch at work with mushrooms or at home with onions and tomato slices and salad. They sell cut up onions at my market but I don't inflict that on my co-workers. I keep several boxes of the dried meals in my desk drawer "just in case" .. I have a couple of the turkey chili and rotini & meatballs. Every time I have either, people comment on how good they look and smell!

You can also add some salsa to spice it up. It also adds volume and it's a free food.

It's one of my favorites on a large bed of lettuce with chopped onion, FF sour cream, FF cheddar (counting towards my limited free foods) and oodles of salsa. I feel "thanksgiving full" when I eat it!

That was one of the things I didn't try for the longest time and was very pleasantly suprised when I finally did.
