today I told my consultant about how my penne pasta shocked me last night. it was tasteless and watery it disgusted me. So she just gave me one for free and told me to throw the product away and bring back the box next time this happens. Ill tell you...it was terrible

I haven't had the penne pasta yet. Was the replacement meal the same?

Was it the first time you tried the penne, or just a bad box? The penne is my favorite dinner and I've never had a problem with it. Maybe that box defrosted and re-froze before you got it?

I think sometimes the food does go bad. The first time I had the Lasagna it was HORRIBLE. The pasta was weird and the cheese tasted weird. It almost made me never to want it. But all their other pasta and red sauces were good. So I was brave and tried it again, it was GREAT. So, yeah. I think they can be bad. Great to know about getting a refund!
