Thought I'd share a couple ideas I've received along the way (sorry if they've already been in print) :
Breakfast:
If you're having the French toast....add a serving of FF cool whip. Also... add some fresh/frozen fruit!! YUM!!
Lunch:
My consultant suggested to take the Beef chow mein and not cook it all the way... enough that it's cooked, but not HOT...and throw it on a bed of lettuce. It's very filling. Oh and don't forget the 6 cashews you're allowed to put on top, too!!!
You can also throw the southwestern chicken onto a bed of lettuce as well!!
Dinner:

I always pile up lots of veggies on my pizza!!
