I really want to get some cheese but I don't know what kind to get. Do I need low-fat or fat-free? What brand is better and can I just get it at the grocery store or trader joe's? Thanks.

I like Kraft 2% cheeses. The deli slices cheder is quite good and the chedder single wrapped slices melt well. Also, my counselor recomended the cracker barrel 2% snack bars and I have had them in Chedder and they are excellent. I use them to replace one of my milks each day. You need 2 of the wrapped slices to equal one milk. The others are one for one milk.
