I found this meal hidden in the depths of my freezer. I decided to have it, though I wasn't too excited about it at all. Then, I was stunned when I just took one bite. It tasted like a Thanksgiving turkey dinner with mashed potatos and gravy and even a bit of stuffing, plus some green beans. It was awsome. Anyone else try this little meal from heaven? Just wondering.

It was my favourite for ages! Feels like a real meal, doesn't it? I still have it once every two weeks or more.

I LOVE it as well. I started on Jenny Craig the 9th of November. I made up my mind that I was going to eat Thanksgiving dinner and ALL the trimmings even if it made me gain everything I had lost and more. It is my FAVORITE meal and I look forward to it ALL year. Well lucky me--I have this meal once a week now (JC style)and I am in hog heaven. It smells and tastes every bit as good as Thanksgiving dinner, and I make a mean turkey and dressing, if I do say so myself.

I couldn't agree more. I think it's totally fabulous. It tastes even more "authentic" when you heat it in the oven!

I love it. I heat almost everything in the oven. It takes a little longer, but it makes me feel a bit more like I am pampering myself which I have NEVER seemed to do in the past.

Talking about baking something in the oven. Tonight I baked my lasagna instead of microwaving it. OH MY GOSH! It was so good. It was ten times better and I was so satisfied. I cannot believe how much better it tasted. I have eaten this Lasagna maybe 30 times before. Tonight, I baked it for a long time, almost 45 minutes. My husband actually came over and looked at it and said how great it looked and smelled. I think he was right, it was "baked" bubbling and looked great. If you have lasagna, trust me...bake it!

I agree about the Turkey. I actually put it on my alternative best day on the post about favorite JC days. It is one of the few JC foods that I have never even thought of adding to or changing!

I loooove the Turkey dinner. I had it this year for Christmas dinner (my first JC Christmas) and I bought my husband a large Stouffers Turkey dinner (it was the exact same meal as mine with the same veggies and all, just a larger portion and more sodium in his).
It was funny - that was the easiest Christmas dinner I've ever made and I stayed on plan
I have it as least once a week, along with the Chicken Fettucini. Those are at the very top of my favorites' list

OK I like the turkey dinner EXCEPT for 1 thing. Since I am allowed all the veggies that I wawnt - I don't want them in my entree! I would like one more spoon of mashed potatoes or a bite of turkey. I can't eat anything else GREEN!

I also love the turkey. It's one of the few entrees that really does feel like a complete meal to me with the meat, potatoes/stuffing, and veggies.

I ADORE THE TURKEY.
Reminds me of the old Swanson TV dinner and I have the brownie for dessert!
If only all the foods could be as good...I miss Cashew Chicken so bad!

The turkey dinner was sooo good that I ate it for Thanksgiving. I had one for lunch and then one for dinner. Now I had cooked a whole meal for my family turkey-dressing the works and it never bothered me cause I had my own turkey meal! I love that entry and it is like a real plate of food. Even the green beans with almonds....too good!
