I'm glad the beef portobello has so little portobello flavor. The one I ate the other night had a nice portion of beef and it was not tough. I followed the microwave instructions. My microwave is 10 + years old and only850 watts. I wonder if that makes a diffference in the texture?

As for the Cashew Chicken, IMHO it is OK- I'll eat it and enhance it with extra soy and vegs. I think I need to find a low salt teryaki sauce for many of the Jenny oriental dishes they all seem a bit bland for my taste.

I agree with you. I didnt care for the cashew chicken either. it does taste funny.

I hadn't heard about it being discontinued but, if it has, I'm not disappointed.

The cashew chicken is now my favorite dinner. I didn't like the cashew chicken, AT FIRST, but I added Teriyaki sauce, then it was VERY DELICIOUS. I got my teriyaki sauce from a restaurant though, cause I don't like store bought teriyaki sauce. I think this might be my new favorite :-).. I have a side of broccoli. Just wanted to add my feedback in case some people tried it & thought it was nasty maybe you can try it again like this. I hope everyone is having a great New Year!

Well ya may be veggie but let me tell ya, there isn't THAT much meat in these entrees! LOL

couldn't agree more with folks that said that the cashew chicken is the worst - it left the worst feeling in my stomach and didnt taste so great!

I love, love, love the Beef Steak Portobello. I don't like the Cashew Chicken and won't be disappointed if it's discontinued.

I think it is the dark meat that makes the cashew chicken taste funny. I hate dark meat and I don't know why Jenny would use it since it is more fattening. I don't care for beef and wish they had a tofu stir fry.

I had the cashew chix today - I thought it was good and it had a LOT of rice which I like.

I actually like the Cashew Chicken. I did augment it, however. I bought a bag of the frozen stir fry vegetables, and a can of chow mein vegetables, stirred them together on top of the stove, and put the Cashew Chicken over a bed of these veggies. I thought it was yummy!

I liked the cashew chicken also..added a bit of tomatow sauce to it. I bought one last wendesday so they are not dicontinued at my center.
