Hi Everyone,
I'm not sure if anyone has ever posted about this yet, but I made the "Tuscan Soup" that is on the back of the weekly menu, it's a free food. It is EXCELLENT! I had to add a lot of spices like garlic and even hot sauce, but it is so tasty. I eat a big bowl of it at dinner time before my entree, it really helps fill me up and it's very good. I'm not a big eggplant fan and I still love it. I have varied it by using spinach too. Just thought I'd pass that along!
