I was in for my weigh in today & was told that the new cashew chicken has already been discontinued. They are already out & will not be getting anymore. Has anyone else been told this ?

It wasn't 'discontinued' but it was temporary. I asked my center about the Cashew Chicken (because I LOVE it) and the Beef Portabelo. I guess the Cashew Chicken was temporary, and once it's sold out, it's gone. (So I ordered an extra 5, I'll order more next time if they have it in, I just don't have enough freezer space at the moment.) I was also told the Beef Portabelo is 'perminate'.
So stock up! (But leave some more for me. )
Oh, and the cookies and cream cheese cake is out too. Oops, I forgot to ask if that was temp or perm.

That seems pretty dumb. Why bring out a new food if they aren't going to keep it?

On another board, the JCI Webmaster said that the chicken hasn't been discontinued yet - some centers may just be out of it. I know it was a temporary item, but I hope it sticks around for a little while longer - it is so good!!!
