I didn't think this one was in centers yet ... at least it's not in mine It's a frozen entree, not sure if it's lunch or dinner.
I'm not fond of cashews, but the entree looked good and would be a nice change!
I'm really looking forward to the Oreo cheesecake and the breakfast bowl though!

I tried it tonight and was pleasantly surprised! The sauce is mild, but very good. The chicken was a mix of light and dark meat. I will definitely add this to the rotation...

When I was at my weigh-in this morning, I asked about this dish. They haven't received it yet but are expecting it to arrive within the next 2 weeks. Looking forward to trying another item.

It was okay but nothing to rave about. I doubt I’ll order it again. I’d rather have the Beef Steak Portobello. Yum!!!

I'm having it as I post this message. I really like it. It was a little dry at first but I added two little dashes of soy sauce and it really brought it alive. I will definitely order it again!! Yumm Yum!!

I finally tried mine. I saved it for the last day of the week because looking at it I thought for sure it was going to be nasty. But, I was very surprised. Much better than I expected. Not something I will get every week but I will definately add it into the rotation.

Haven't tried it yet, but my center did get it in. Just wanted to let you all know who do like it that it will be a limited time item just like the Shrimp Teriyaki and Beef Portabella. I had asked my consultant about both the Beef Portabella and Cashew Chicken since neither was listed on the menu planner drop down menu available online, and she said "yes" they are both temporary items. Not sure when they will be available again, but I think the Shrimp Teriyaki was only available for 3 months or so.

MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
I had it for lunch yesterday and two people came into my office to find out where I had gotten Chinese! It was soooo good!! I will definitely have this one again, it will help to break my addiction to the Thai Lemongrass Chicken entree as well. I seem to eat that every day, need to put a little variety into my lunch choices!

Hey Herbie good to see ya posting again!!
I love love love the cashew chicken . Do you eat your dinner entrees at lunch??? I am trying to mix stuff up and was thinking about trying that too! I am hungry at lunch and not so much at dinner.
I was addicted to thai chix, but then they changed vendors and the chicken started looking funny to me.....The new cashew chicken is fabulous!

I didn't like the cashew chicken, untill I added Teriyaki sauce, then it was VERY DELICIOUS. I got my teriyaki sauce from a restaurant though, cause I don't like store bought teriyaki sauce. I think this might be my new favorite :-).. Just wanted to add my feedback in case some people tried it & thought it was nasty maybe you can try it again like this. I hope everyone is having a great New Year!

I like it. It is a little dry, but good.

OMG I LOVE the cashew chicken. Maybe it's cause I also LOVE cashew's and they did NOT skimp on the cashews.
I had it for dinner and added some mushrooms, more celery, and put it over a bed of cabbage with some low sodium soy sauce. It was FANTASTIC and very filling.
I only have one problem with the JC food. I find that I just LOVE so many of them, it's hard to make a choice of what to get.

Cashew Chicken is grrreeeaattt
Loved it. I have it for tomorrow's dinner!
It was okay, but not as good as the Beef Steak Portobello. I thought the cashews were the best part.

I just tried it this week. Looked a little bland so I mixed about 1 teaspoon of hoisin sauce with about two teaspoons of hotwater and mixed in the sauce with the whole dish. It was excellent. Very much like eating chinese!

The cashew chicken has quickly become one of my favorites. It is absolutely delicious!! I can see, though, why some people might not care for it. If you are a person who is used to or prefers meals with a lot of sauce/gravy/etc., then this one might be a little on the dry side for you.
