They had a poster up at my center this morning ... Cashew Chicken in January, Oreo Cheesecake in February and (my old favorite) Breakfast Scramble in March! I can hardly wait ... the scramble was so yummy. I hope it's as good as it was before. The cheesecake looks yummy too, and even the cashew chicken didn't look too bad. (I'd have to take out the red peppers though )

was the Oreo cheesecake a whole cake or individual servings? I much perfer the individual servings.

NurseJulie ... the photo showed an individual slice like the raspberry swirl cheesecake. When they advertised the holiday cheesecakes, they showed the whole cake, so it seems like a good sign that the Oreo one will be single serve!

I bought one of the cashew chickens but haven’t tried it yet. I’m going to have to choke down the pea pods though. My counselor said they were supposed to get the cheesecake at the same time they got the cashew chicken but it didn’t come in. I hope it’s there at my next visit.

I was told that my center will be getting the cashew chicken this coming week, so you should see it too next week.

Picked up the Cashew Chaicken this past Monday and ate it today for dinner with yellow wax beans and asparagus. It was really good. A nice change and I liked it. I would recommend it. It has cashews, chicken, pea pods, rice. It didn't look like a lot in the box but when I put it on a plate with all my other vegetables I was very full in the end. My husband says "eat to get full, not painful" We say that saying everyday and we stop eating when we are full. Can't wait for the other new items. Something in Feb and something in March. I know one is a breakfast wrap (I think with ham, eggs and cheese) and I think the other one is a desert. Can't wait, I like having lots of choices. Take Care.

What was the Breakfast Scramble?? What's in it?

Breakfast Scramble had: potatoes, eggs, cheese and turkey ham. It was very filling and I'm looking forward to having it back. Only hope it's a permanent addition!

I didn't like the cashew chicken, untill I added Teriyaki sauce, then it was VERY DELICIOUS. I got my teriyaki sauce from a restaurant though, cause I don't like store bought teriyaki sauce. I think this might be my new favorite :-).. Just wanted to add my feedback in case some people tried it & thought it was nasty maybe you can try it again like this. I hope everyone is having a great New Year! I'm so happy to hear that the breakfast scramble is back too, I hope that it's a permanent item as well.

Got the cheesecake today and it is awesome!

Yum it all sounds so good. I cannot wait to try all the new stuff.

I wonder when they will get some new lunches. My old counselor told me a couple of months ago they would come out with a grilled veggi sandwich but I haven't heard any more about it.
