Just wondering if anyone buys cereal at the store or if they eat the JC cereal. I'm not a big fan of the Kashi cereals but I can get them down. I think the JC cereals taste better that Kashi. Just wondering what people did for breakfast.

In reading the posts, I learned that several use store-bought cereal. I like the Triple Grain Crisps & found 3/4 cup of Wheat Chex is just about the same in taste & nutritionally, of course have to add Splenda. The only other breakfast I like is the Sunshine Sandwich, & sometimes the Stuffed Sandwich. But I get bored having it every day so I have store bought cereal 3 X's a week. Hope this helps.

I eat store bought cereal everyday...Shreaded Wheat. I decided when I started that I did not want to purchase breakfast and learn to eat portions on my own. I have be very well with it.

I never buy JC cereal. You can get a big box of cereal at the store for what a couple of bags of JC cereal would cost. I get either Spoon-sized Shredded Wheat, Cheerios, Special K or Oatmeal.

Try the new weight control oatmeal from quaker. two flavors...banana bread and cinnamon! 160 cals a lot of fiber& protein and tastes wonderful without any additions. It was also on sale this week in ALL the major american grocery stores!
I love jc french toast and sunshine sandwiches, but I appreciate the addition to the rotation!

mmm Special K Almond Vanilla is amazing...3/4 cup with 1/2 cup of skim milk is only 160 calories!

I buy the Triple Grain Crisps, but that's the only breakfast I've bought. When I skip it - I put 1/3 - 1/2 cup Kashu Go Lean Crunch in my Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt....and it fills me up...and the Kashi isn't too gross mixed with something.

Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, and Total Whole Grain and Nabisco Shredded Wheat. The 100% whole wheat is the key. Good luck.
