I tried this last night and it was really good. Have the shelf stable "sweet and sour chicken with rice" over zuchinni. Just make sure you cook the water out of the zuchinni, or at least don't tranfer the water to your place. This makes one nice big plate of yumminess! All I add to the zuchinni is pepper and a bit of FF/Cal Free butter spray.

this is one of the few meals i cannot eat. I think it is dreadful and had to throw it out. It just shows how everybody has different tastes

I like it with about a quarter of chopped green bell pepper to it.

I love to make a big 'ol stir-fry with typical oriental vegetables, garlic, and ginger, then put the S&S chicken over it. VERY tasty and filling.

You know, I actually like many of the shelf foods. I think the chicken pasta parm tastes just like the cheesy sauce in spaghettio's which I LOVE. I LOVE the swedish meatballs - I have a soft spot for good old ground meat and this one is filling. THe lentils and beef are very good, particularly the big pieces of beef. I always feel so full after this one also. honestly, the only shelf items I DO NOT like are the soups: veggie and pea and ham. It's just not enough food you know?
