I know we all have our Jenny snacks, most of which are great! But I was wondering, for the food you supply what kinds of things do you snack on, are you just sticking to the fruit and yogurt with the occasional salad?
so far its been pretty good, but I can see myself getting bored and looking for some ideas..
Also..I would love to hear any ways you might modify your JC food..
Thanks!

I like the quaker less sugar granola bars and the 100 calorie packs from nabisco. They have cookies, crackers, etc. Its a nice change from the jc snacks. I also love the jello brand sugar free jello and pudding. The jello is a free food and the pudding counts as a starch.

This is not really a snack idea, but when I am feeling that evening "comfort binge" attack coming on, I make some hot cocoa. Not hot chocolate with sugar. I use real cocoa, with DaVinci no sugar flavourings. My favourite are chocolate and french vanilla. I use them for coffee too. So late in the evening, watching a movie or TV, I sit with my hot cocoa and the craving goes away.

For a special fruit treat I like to get the "sweet memory peaches" in the can. I think it's S&W brand. Good heated, or just out of the can. Yummy! Or if veggies are your thing, try fresh sweet pea pods. They come in a bag allready cleaned and ready to eat. I could eat them like popcorn and they're a free food. Another good snack for me is fresh sliced mushrooms. I usually buy two packages at a time because while I'm cooking one pack with a little Pam and garlic, I end up eating the other pack raw! either way, I get a filling, tasty, free snack.
