Today for my spinach salad I ued about a 1/4 cup of mushrroms and 3/4 cups of fresh store made pico de gallo (pre chopped tomatoes peppers onions and cilantro). I didnt even have to cut up any veggies, just tossed it together with some JC ranch dressing and it was really GOOD.

What a great idea to use salsa to add flavor to salads. Only 3 days in and I am tired of the way I have been making my salad!
