I ws pleasantly surprised with the Pesto Pizza. I really enjoyed it. It was flavorful and filled me up.
I heated it in the oven, so I am not sure how it cooks up in the microwave. I am hoping it turns out well so I could make it a work-lunch option.

I used the microwave and it was fine. I never cook so use my oven to store things in so anything I can't make in the microwave or toaster oven, I don't bother with. I've taken it to work and heated it in our lunchroom and it works great. That and the chicken stuffed sandwich are very easy work lunch meals.

I had the pesto pizza microwaved the other day and thought it was pretty good. Thought maybe next time I would agg some mushrooms and thin sliced bell pepper and cook it in the oven.

It is also good with artichoke hearts on it.

i looove the pesto pizza. i don't like it as much in the microwave though, to me it's soggy and not super crispy like the oven makes it.
i use a meat exchange and add a lil cheese and heap it with tomatos and it's heavenly

I saute mushrooms and tomatoes in a very small amount of olive oil during the microwave cooking of the pizza and then pile on top. My pizza turns out very crisp, almost pretty dried out but I like it that way.

I just had the Pesto Pizza for lunch, and I must say it was DELICIOUS

I get it twice weekly. I add one string cheese (knocks out a milk exchange) AND i'M NEAR HEAVEN

Thanks for your ideas about add ons. I like it but found it had too little topping. Artichoke hearts, mushrooms and string cheese all work great for me.

Asparagus and Zucchini on your pizza -- ymmm.

I microwaved it and really liked it. It was my first JC entree, so I was really pleased (and relieved, LOL!)

Loved it! Added mushrooms before cooking in microwave.
