I like to eat my beef lo mein with chop sticks, that makes it fun, authentic, and it makes me eat slower and savor the food.
Any other ideas for jazzing up your meals, or making them more filling?

When I eat the chicken fettuchini I stir in my big serving of veggies. The cheese sauce from the fettuchini gets on the veggies and it makes it a nice big pasta dish like in the restaurants and most of it is free!!

I tried some creative cooking ideas I found on the Jenny website and they were great. The ones I have tried were adding a 1/2 cup pasta to the Chili Con Carne (it doubles the portion size). You have to delete a starch from your day, that day I was supposed to have 4 crackers with the Chili so it worked perfectly. Another one I tried was mixing the Fruit and Granola cereal with 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg and a tsp of margarine then coring a Granny Smith apple and stuffing with the granola mixture. Cook at I think 350 degrees for 20 minutes and then enjoy! You will need to delete a fat and a fruit, but that was easy enough.
