Hi all!
Day 1 on the plan, and i am trying to figure out if there is any kind of "list" of foods that fall under the different categories (starch, milk, fat). For instance...what would beans be considered? And what else beside yogurt and milk are considered "milk". I saw a post that you can have a slice of non-fat cheese instead of a milk. I have looked thru the books, havent found any list like this. Thanks in advance!
