Last night I had the fish and chips. I also had a starch on the menu, so I took 1 small corn tortilla cut it in half, put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Wrapped each piece of fish in the tortilla with a little cabbage and salsa and I enjoyed GREAT fish taco's. Just thought I would give you guys a variation on the fish. I made a side salad with lettuce and tomatoes and tossed in the chips with the salad. I must say it was delicious!

What a great idea!! I adore Fish Tacos! What about adding a tablespoon of fat free sour cream too. YUM.

Fish tacos!!!
I tried the fish for the first time last night...love it. I baked them in the oven. The potato wedges were crisp, and the malt vinegar made me thing I was at Long John's
