Has anyone tried peanut butter on an apple? It's really good! My Jenny Craig consultant from years ago suggested it to me. I'm on 1500 calories and I always turn any fats I have on my menu into peanut butter to have with an apple.
Try it, you'll like it...........
I'm loving coming back to Jenny Craig. I'm on my 4th week and I have lost 15lbs. Started at 240lbs. Down to 225.

Great idea, I will try it. Also, great job on your weight loss so far!
It's hard to believe that we can eat so many good foods and still lose weight. Way to go!!

Celery
Apples
Strawberry Bar
... a spoon.
Apple with peanut butter is my favorite snack. I haven’t had it since being on the Jenny Craig program. The store where we shop has a health food section with a peanut grinding machine where you grind your own peanut butter. I like it cause it’s not oily.
