Well, I have put off eating my Chicken Salad comeplete lunch because I am afraid I will not like it so I have decided to eat it this weekend so at least I will not be at work. How do you all eat it? Do you make a salad? I don't like tomatoes so that does not work for me. Anyway I am determined to try everything at least once...Thanks in advance for any input or suggestions.

Ditch the crackers and use bread. Not enough surface area to make it worthwhile. It's pretty good on it's own but sometimes I mix in dijon mustard and onions if I am at home.
This one is a BIG improvement over the pouch version. I wouldn't have even fed that stuff to a cat.

I make a salad and add the chicken to it. I think it makes a great chicken salad. I eat the crackers on the side.

You know...I eat the chicken salad just as is...with the crackers and the apple sauce. It's not my favorite lunch...but a great alternative to something that needs to be heated. The tuna salad is disgusting! Just an FYI

I eat it just like it is,also. I enjoy both the chicken and tuna salads without doing anything to them.

I put the chicken or tuna salad on a bed of romaine lettuce and throw the olives on top. I have the crackers and fruit/applesauce on the side. It's one of my favorite lunches. The chicken/tuna and lettuce compliment each other real well.

I was on Jenny 5 years ago or so and liked both the chicken and tuna salads. What I don't like now is the fruit with crackers in the tuna/chicken package. I wish you could buy just the tuna or chicken can.

You can buy small chicken salad in teh grocery store made by Bumble Bee or one of those companies. They have the about the same calories, etc. and are cheaper. You can also get a lunch with fruit and crackers, just like the JC one for the tuna or chicken. Another option is to buy individual tuna cans and make a small tuna salad on your own. I am trying that.

Ah, I've seen those little cans of tuna. Good idea. I think I'll wait, though, until I'm closer to my goal. I don't quite trust myself at lunch yet. I do three meals on my own for breakfast, but I think lunch on my own is too soon. Thanks for the great idea, though. I'll be using those in the future, I'm sure.
