Hi everyone. I am back on JC after being gone for quite sometime but I am so happy I I have a lifetime membership because this is the best diet ever! Anyway what I wanted to say was I added stir fried spicy Broccoli to my beef lo mein this week & it was awesome. Much more filling too. Does anyone have any ideas they would like to share on how they enhance the meals to give one a little more variety? I am on week 3 & while I am not sick of the food & do want to keep it interesting...Thanks

I love putting salsa and fat free sour cream on the fajitas, cheesy enchilada and broccali cheese stuffed potato. I've gotten so addicted to these condiments that I often put them on top of my vegetables too.
Anyway, I know that's not that creative. I'm with you. I'd love to hear what people do to keep their foods interesting.

My grocery has sliced peppers in the frozen food section. I add 1/2 cup of these to the Fajitas all the time. I'm sure they would be good the lo mein as well.
