All i can say is i am pretty good about dealing with things i do not like but this was more than i could suffer thru! It was awful!! It has been scratched off my list and i will stick to my fajitas! Just my taste buds here! I even read the board on how some of you have doctored things but that did not make it! JoAnn

To most tastes it needs a little salt. I also find that with salsa it's actually quite good.

I have to agree with Joann on this one. There's NO substance to this meal--it's all fluff. Left me feeling empty. Adding salsa did help but there's just too much "cheese" and not enuf other stuff.

The first time I tried the enchilada, I didn't care for it and wasn't going to order it again. A few weeks later, though, I decided to give it one more try because I do love Mexican food so much. It's actually become one of my favorite lunches now. The flavor just sort of grew on me after awhile. I've found that if I don't like something the first time, I give it some time and then try it again. If I still don't like it the second time, then I forget about it, but more than once I've come to like something on the second go around if I just give it another chance.

This is definitely one of my favorites, and one that's easily "dressed up" with homemade pico de gallo, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and fat-free sour cream

I had it the other day and added salsa and a little sour cream-- I was stuffed!!!
I didn't like it before, but then I tried it again and I liked it. Who knows?!

I took it to work one night and I regretted it a lot. I take everything that I am going to eat during the night to work with me and that way I won't stray and eat something that I am not supposed to, well I was a starving Marvin when I got home from work and I will never order that lunch again...I will eat Chicken sandwiches until I am one chicken breast and I will stay away from enchilads until I get off the program and have real ones and very little else for the day

I love them. They're one of my standards, and all I add is salsa. I really should add sour cream like Marrgraa does. Sounds good.
On the other hand, I'm always hearing how everyone just loves the cheese curls and I couldn't even stomach the one bag I bought. I guess that's why we have so many options, right?
In general, I love these foods!

I have the enchiladas every week for lunch. They taste fine to me. I also get two fajita's every week as well. For my Fajita'--I combine light ranch dressing (or FF) and salsa and add this sauce, plus FF shredded cheese, and lettuce to them--tastes great!!!!!

after reading this, I decided I had to try them just to see. I actually really liked it!! I prepared a salad with Jennys ranch, lettuce tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos, then added a dollop of FF sourcream and a few spoonfulls of salsa, mixed it all together, and then topped it with the Enchilada. It was great!! and I was stuffed!!

I love the cheesey enchiladas! I have to admit too, that when I first tried it, I didn't really care for it. However, the taste grew on me and now I always order it.

I like this with a little Mexican hot sauce and fat free sour cream. I also don’t cook it for the maximum time listed. It seems to come out better if cooked about 30 seconds to 1 minutes less that the max time (at least in my microwave).

I'm going to eat it in about 30 minutes. One of my favorites. I am on the 1700 with the extra half sandwich in the afternoons, so I take 12chips to eat with my enchiladas instead of the bread for the half of sandwich.I enhance everything with hot sauce so this is one of my favorites too.

I'm having the Cheesy Enchilada for lunch today. Yum Yum. Added lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and fat free sour cream.
Tastes great

I had this for lunch today for the first time and I sprinkled some black olives on it (fat exchange) and I thought it was pretty good. I would order it again.
