Does anyone know if you can eat edamame while on JC , They are about 3 grams of fat and 100 calories for a 1/2 cup. Instead of eating a vegtable - like boiled carrots w/margarine like JC's menu tells you to with dinner I have about a 1/2 cup of edamame with a little salt. Not sure if this is okay though?????

You must be able to eat it in some portions because its an ingredient in the Potsticker dinner. Talk to you consultant about it, as far as serving or exchanges. Don't know about the added salt, though.

I saw my consultant today, she said that edamame is a starchy vegatable and that I should not substitute it for my vegtables on a daily basis. Maybe that's why I only lost 0.2ounces this week instead of 2 pounds. I guess I'll be staying away from the edamame
Anyway thanks for the input guys.
Have a great Holiday!
