hey, did any notice the personal pizza is WAAAAY better, new crust, tasty
did i miss something, i just got one this week after eating one a week since sept and this one was superb
excellent
as good as the Self Rising Crust Pizza

Hi tall! YES! I hadn't ordered the lunch pizza in a loooong time until yesterday and when I immediately noticed the change as soon as I opened the package. It is awesome! This is one of my new favorite foods now!

I bake mine in the oven on one day a week, top with wild mushrooms, zucchini slices from my garden and shallots. Then they are kept in the fridge, and I take them to work. Just mic for like a minute if I want, or eat them like cold pizza. I think the ones I'm eating are the "old" ones, but they make a nice work lunch.
I still prefer the rising crust (but that is a dinner).

I know..I just had the personal pizza for lunch today and I was impressed! There was more cheese and the crust was a lot better! I always add tomatoes and red onions to mine..yum!

I haven't tried it yet, but liked it before OK...I top mine with tomatoes and slice a couple of olives, sprinkle with basil. I think I'll add onion and mushroom as well.
Caligirl, now you got my attention with the wild mushroom idea...do you actually go out and gather/pick your own? I wouldn't know the diff between good ones and poison ones.
Do you have a poison mushroom list? I know they do that in France.

Yes, it is different - my counselor told me before I ordered it a couple of weeks ago.
I've had it both in the microwave and in the oven. It was better in the microwave, but the cheese melted all over (what a problem to have!). I think I overcooked it in the oven because the crust got very hard. I'll tweak it for a while - I now like it enough to get it frequently. Must have onions, 'shrooms and peppers, though.

Lucky for me I have Farmer's Market connections, so no I don't gather my own shrooms, I actually get them from my mushroom "monger". Last batch I had mitoki (?spelling) and shitoki, and porcini. YUM. What would be awesome with the mushrooms and shallots is a little bit of fresh thyme. Yum..........Pizza will be on my list for next week.

My JC lady, said...that the personal pizza is changed...and has more sauce on it. I believe even more cheese. Sometimes....the cheese melts all over my glass plate in the microwave!! It makes me mad, cause that cheese should stay on my pizza. STILL VERY GOOD!!! GLAD THEY CHANGED IT!!!

I ordered it last week and didn't know it had changed. What a GREAT surprise! I don't miss the whole wheat crust much but I didn't mind it either. What a great improvement!
