Hey y'all -
I work really ODD hours and often find I can't consume all three Jenny meals because I don't want to eat a heavy dinner at midnight. I have found that if I save my fats for the day, I can concoct the below and still have tremendously successful weeks. I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks!!!
I warn you this is very addicting (and saves some money, too...)
crispy daily salad -(357 calories includes calories from dressing)
1 TSP of Olive Oil
1 Package of Jenny's Balsamic
1 tsp of Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
1.5 TSP of grated parmesean
1/6 cup of golden raisins (soak first in water)
1/6 cup of grape nuts
1 cup of raw spinach
1 cup of mesculin salad mix
1/2 of sprouts
(add any veggies you like)
