I've read a few posts that people didn't like the Fish & Chips meal. Here's how I've found to get it really tasty. After cooking it as suggested (microwave or oven), then take everything out of the provided bowl and put on a baking sheet & broil in the oven about 10 minutes (turning once). Mine came out crispy and tasted great!
P.S. If you have time to cook it in the oven instead of the microwave, it will work the best.

A toaster over works really well for this.
Also for the pizzas.

Yup, this is exactly what I do. I nuke it first to thaw, then stick it in the oven. It's faster than cooking in the oven only, but you get the oven result!

I like to put Old Bay seafood seasoning on the fish after it is nuked, and I think it totally makes it taste good!

What a great idea. Never thought of that. I personally love the fish and chips, but I will do that to add some crunch

Thanks for the advice on how to cook the fish and chips. I totally messed it up the first time I tried it. It was better the last time, but now I am really looking forward to cooking it in the toaster oven. Thanks!

I prepare mine like that too. Then I make a cole slaw with cabbage, a little non-fat mayo, non-fat half and half, and splenda. Yum! Fish, chip and slaw!! I eat this almost every-other day I love it so much. Been on JC 7 weeks and lost 11 lbs (that's better than I EVER did on LA Weight Loss).

Could you nuke it to defrost and then put on a George Forman grill to cook?
