I was so dreading trying the Lentils with Beef because of the name, but I **LOVE** it. I think it's my new favorite food. Are there any other Lentil Lovers out there?

OH yeah, it's one of my favorites, and is also very easy to "dress up" -- mushrooms, onions, tomato paste, curry powder, worchestershire, sour cream are all different things I've added at one time or another. You can also add more beef broth to make a soup. If I have starch exchanges available I might put it over rice or pasta. But, it's pretty tasty all by itself.

I put some ketchup and chopped onions in it, and it tasted a lot like baked beans
