I have a great free food idea:
If you live near a 7-Eleven, most of them have diet Pepsi and Crystal light slurpees - very good and zero calories!
I'd love to hear your ideas too!

Sorry to see your slight weight gain...I see Your still doing great...
Please don't think it's the ICBINB spray!
I know it DOES indeed have some calories in it..12 sprays are 10 calories....I had called the company before I even used it.
I used so much of it.... It's insane!!
On popcorn, veggies of course..ect.
I have to be honest ...I NEVER gained an ounce using it during my journey (I suppose I am lucky?)...I have been off JC for almost a year now...and I am still at my goal weight...and still using the spray....I love that stuff
