When I weighed in today, my consultant told me that they got an unexpected shipment of the January foods... including Potstickers. She allowed me to purchase 20 on the spot - in addition to my other food for the week - AND she offered to store them there at the Centre for me. HOW FABULOUS IS THAT!!!

I'm so jealous, I could spit! My center doesn't allow us to purchase more than 7 of each item. And, while I loved the Potsticker meal ... I love the turkey burger even more! Why that isn't a permanent item, I'll never understand.

catlover, the turkey burger WILL remain a permanent item now. With this special edition, it was added to the permanent menu! I tried it for the first time, and am very happy to know I can get it on a regular basis!

I'm kind of schizoid about the potstickers. One time I love them, the next time I think they're just blah, then I love them again. I don't know what's up with my tastebuds.

I love the potstickers and here in Minnesota we still have them. Asian cuisine just isn't that popular here so maybe that's why they haven't sold out. I microwave this dish for the maximum amount of time and then let it sit and steam so that the endamame beans get softer. Then I add soy sauce! YUM!
