I tried to search for this topic but it was taking forever.
I'm looking for a good replacement for the JC Veggie Burgers. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Donna

Morning Star Farms and Boca both make great veggie burgers. However, they both have several different types and you need to look for the Vegan ones, which have the lowest calories/fat grams/etc. Be sure to read the labels. The ones I have are only 100 calories and have 1 gram of fat each. I can put those on a light bun with a slice of low fat cheese, veggies, low-fat mayo, ketchup, and mustard, and still stay under 230 calories

Burger King has a great Veggie burger, just make sure you ask for no mayo!

My favorite veggie burger is something I pick up at Costco. I think they are called Garlic Portobello Burgerriffics or something like that. Wonderful flavor! I dont have the info with me right here, but I recall that it had 50 cal from fat, and was very high in fiber & vitamins/minerals. These are way better tasting than anything else I've tried.
Best Wishes,
Angela
