OH MY!!! I love this dish. Add in a couple of snow peas and its on!! Mostly everything is sooo Good!

You know Nikki - I love sugar snow peas and snap peas both and I think it is a great idea to top this dish with either to make it go further Yeah I am all about volume. I add some sauteed onions on the beef with mashed potatoes. Makes it delish!

I love it too. For the longest time, I'd get it for lunch every Monday. Sorta gave me something to look forward to, you know? But, since I like it so much, I've been having it 2 or 3 times during the week.
It's just that good!

I have never tried the beef chow mein...is it a frozen entree? I love adding veggies to just about everything! I need volume!!

It is frozen, not big but has the Chinese taste to it. It is good.
