I know I must be in the minority on this one because I've read numerous posts that the cereals aren't on your lists of favorites, but I LOVE the Triple Grain Crisps. I can't explain it, I just love them! Am I the only one?

nope u are not,
I love the Complete start and the Triple Grain also.

I eat them dry as a snack!

Count me in. I love triple grain crisps and the complete start cereal. The multi-grain, however, is mucho nasty. The hardest thing for me to get used to is that little bitty cereal serving. Back in the day, I'd have two HUGE bowls for breakfast!

I sometimes eat them straight out of the bag too with a glass of milk. I could probably eat them as my snack in the evening too!!

Love 'em both, especially the Complete Start. I eat it as a snack or sometimes mixed in with my ff vanilla yogurt. MMMMM-MMMMMM - GOOD!!!

I really love that Complete Start cereal and am wondering if there are any store brands that are similar tasting? I've had weeks where i just ordered 7 Complete Starts because it really hits the spot for me in the morning. I'm thinking that maybe mixing a couple of different cereals together would be similar, like Kashi Go Lean Crunch plus All-bran. Any ideas?

I'll have to try the Complete Start again. I probably had them years ago, but when I re-started, I personalized my menu every week. Yes, please let us know if there are any cereal brands out there similar to the Triple Grain Crisps and Complete Start. Thanks!!

I love the Triple Grain Crisps. Had 'em for breakfast today, as a matter of fact. YUM!

I hadn't had them in a while, but had a bowl of the triple grain crisps for breakfast this morning. They were yummy. Don't know why I waited so long ... they'll be on my list for next week! What I like most is that they don't get soggy, and they are slightly sweet and have a good amount of fiber.

There was a cereal I used to buy called Quaker Oat Bran that tasted just like the Triple Grain Crisps. Do they still make that?

Quaker Oat Bran is similar, it was one of my favorites pre-jc, so I was thrilled to see it compares to triple grain crisps (actually it has MORE fiber, less calories and less fat than TGC, so I can have a little bit more.)
It can be difficult to find, though. They only have it at one grocery store chain where I live. But it is very very similar, actually I think it's better (and I love the triple grain crisps!)

Actually, it's Quaker CORN bran I was thinking of (sorry about that!). It tastes just like Triple Grain crisps, but I haven't compared the nutritional values. For those who like Complete Start, Trader Joe's has a cereal called Essentials that's practically identical, except it has a touch of cinnamon. Nutritionally it's very close to JC. Per serving, it has 20 fewer calories, .5g more fat, less sodium and carbohydrate and more fiber than JC. AND, a 14 oz box (7 1-cup servings) is $2.29.
