So..I went in for my weigh-in and my consultants looked at each other..and both said, "Have you told him". I said..."tell him what". They said THEY'RE OUT OF THE BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. It's such a great meal...and it actually fills me up a lot!
So..Please Please Please. Do you all agree?!
Sorry for the whining?!

I agree! I posted Saturday that my center was out of the scramble on Saturday. Fortunately, I stocked up early and have several in my freezer. A trick I learned the last time my favorite ran out (apple crisp!) was to check other centers in your area. They may still have some in stock, and you can get some there. I did that with apple crisp, and still have some in the freezer.
I hope they listen and bring it back permanently! They need an item like this on the menu.

Seth,
I do not want to tease you or anything but I just was in the Center and they seemed to have plenty of themn in Maryland. I am with you - I love this breakfast. It is so filling. Have you tried the Breakfast stuffed sandwich? I imagine that is pretty comparable.
Good luck!

The scramble was so great. I don't like the new wildberry soy smoothie. I drank three sips of it, didn't like it, and threw it away.

I'm right there with you!! I loved the breakfast scramble. With a splash of salsa it was the bomb. I was shocked when it went away. If anything, they should take away that mushy stuffed egg thing.

Sorry, but I must chime in.
Tried it once, didn't like it.
I'll stick to the muffins and bars.

Here's what I make to "simulate" the breakfast scramble. I humbly submit that it's even better...recipe says it makes 4 servings in an 8x8 pan, but I cut 6 servings to equate the JC portions:
HOMESTYLE LOW FAT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
4 slices wheat bread, crusts trimmed
Egg substitute to equal 6 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
4 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese, divided
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
Across bottom of lightly sprayed 9x9x2 inch baking dish, arrange bread slices, slightly overlapping. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat together "eggs", milk, bacon, 2 Tablespoons each of Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, and mushrooms. Pour mixture over bread slices. Sprinkly potatoes and remaining cheeses over egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 oven until lightly browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 min. (I find it really takes closer to an hour)
Freeze or refrigerate the servings you're not eating today. I thaw these in the microwave, then reheat in the toaster oven.

I'm eating my last scramble right now. OK, here's my deal with JC breakfasts:
There are several sweet breakfast options, and not enough savory ones. On top of all of the bars, muffins, etc. available on JC, the grocery and whole foods stores have PLENTY of other muffin, hot/cold cereal, smoothie and bar options comparable to JC.
It's much more dificult to find something savory, healthy and convinient in a grocery store. I've found breakfast Lean Pocets but they just don't really cut it. And I've had trouble finding a healthy breakfast bowl. You can cook and create something savory, but I love the convinience of the grab and go JC foods.
So anyway, long story short: bring back the scramble or something like it.

I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE WILDBERRY SOY SMOOTHIE. IT WAS VILE, WAY TOO SWEET AND CHALKY!! YUCK!! BUT LET ME TELL YOU...I DREAM ABOUT THAT BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE, with some ketchup!!! I like savory stuff too for breakfast a couple times a week. I am sick of sweet stuff for breakfast. The JC breakfast sandwiches aren't that great...either of them!! I do like that omelet though!!!

My favorate breakfast is the Sunshine Sandwitch (egg and turkey sausage on an english muffin) I love them. I've been on maintenance since January and lost 33 lbs which has brought me down to 117 lbs.( Yippie Skippie) They cook up perfectly in the micro (60 minutes for the egg and sausage, then put the egg and sausage on the english muffin and cook for an additional 60 minutes). Perfect start to the day and pretty filling too. I also love the blueberry muffins. Plum
