If anyone lives near a Kristen's Low Carb Cafe, I highly recommend their low carb shakes. They are made with fat free ice cream, and you can have them make it with fat free milk or soy milk. They flavor them with sugar free flavoring syrups and they are 4 carbs. I don't know the calorie content, but they can't be anymore than 200. If you are craving something sweet and creamy, it's the ticket. I've had a few since I started 8 weeks ago, and they haven't hindered my weight loss at all. Sometimes I will have them instead of lunch. That's probably a no-no, but we all know that when you need something sweet, nothing else will satisfy that craving. Just a suggestion.
