Has anyone tried The Quick Quisine (Atkins) Pancake and Waffle Mix? I bought it today at Krogers but have not tried it yet.
If anyone still has the nutritional information for the JC Pancake Mix - please respond so that I can compare. This is what Atkins has:
Calories - 80
Fat 1.5
Carbs - 6
Fiber - 3
Sugars - 0
Protein - 13
It cost $5.99 and bag says that it makes 10 servings. I think that you can also buy this from the Dr. Atkins website.

Krusteaz makes a good low-fat mix. Its really high in calcium, too.
They also make an oat-bran pancake mix. Its in my cupboard right now, but I haven't tried it yet. Its high in fiber (for those of us who need more). With a Morningstar Farms "sausage" patty, you've got your own silver dollar pancakes. Pretty tasty, and you can make enough for the whole family!
I also enjoy their low-fat apple bran muffins, and its so easy to make that my 12 year old like to make them.
Best Wishes,
Angela
