I love the desserts, especially the chocolate cake, but... I'm craving something crunchy. I think it might be that I can feel like it lasts longer. I'd really like it if the peanut butter bars were more crunchy, or the anytime bars. Also, I would love some "M&M type desserts".
Any ideas?

The toffee bites are crunchy. And, the trail mix, sort of.
I like having cereal.
Total - Brown Sugar & Oats, 3/4 cup is 110 cal, 0.5 fat, 23g carb and 2g protein.
I eat it like pop-corn, and it has a good sweet taste on it. The label on their web site says it is 1,5 starch.

I'm big on cereal too. I like Kashi GoLean Crunch. Keeps the mouth chewing for quite some time! It's sweet too.
One serving is 190 calories, 3.5g fat, 36g carb., 8g fiber, 10g protein. The box reads that each serving (1 cup) is considered 1.5 starch / .5 fat. (1/2 cup usually tides me over though.) High in fiber so it's filling... Mix a little with your yogurt and it's an even better treat.

The toffee bites are great...and I save my 1 cup of skim milk for when I have these! I love dunking them!
